Account Head is responsible for ensuring that all the recoveries are being done
from the employee. There are two different work flows depending upon if the employee's
payroll is being processed in EazeHR or not. In both the scenarios the Accounts
Head can provide the accounts clearance only after the approver has approved
the request.Steps to follow
1. Use the menu path HRMS > Separation > "Separation Processing For Team"
tab or use the Pending Task list to access the page
2. Select the "Account Head" role from the drop-down, you will be able to see
all requests which are in process

3. Click on "Review" on the request which you want to process and the record
will open. You can also use the "Bulk Approve" option but this will work only
if the Full and Final has been processed by the Payroll Manager.
Without Payroll Scenario
- Clearance for Accounts department can be done in parallel to other clearances
- As shown below update the Remarks / Amount and Payment details. If no payment
is being made you can update 0 / not applicable
With Payroll Scenario
- If
Payroll module is activated then Account Head can provide clearance before Full and Final is done. If he provides
any remarks they will be shown to the Payroll Manager when Full and final is
being processed. Any instruction on recovery can be communicated through this
remark. Refer image below
- After Full and Final is done in payroll by Payroll Manager and payment details
are updated, these details are visible to the Account Head in the tab. If the
last working day of employee is before the first payroll month then full and
final record is not created.

After the HR Manager has closed the separation request you can hide the record
by using “Hide” button on the row or by clicking on "Hide All Closed & Withdrawn
Requests" at the bottom of the table.
Note - the comments entered in the Remarks box are visible to the employee.
