Menu Path : Attendance & Leave > Attendance History
Accessible to : As per setup

On this page Employees, Managers, HR Team can do the following activities -
1. Review the status of Attendance, Work From Home, Tour, Backdated Attendance, Time Modification requests
2. Withdraw a request which is in Submitted status
3. Submit a withdrawal request for an approved request

WFH & Tour withdrawal requests can be submitted within the time-period allowed as per company policy but any submitted OD can be withdrawn at any time.

If the WFH, Tour & OD request is not approved then withdrawal of these requests does not require any approval but if the requests has been approved than you will have to submit a withdrawal request. This withdrawal request will follow an approval process similar to the original request.


Possible actions -
  1. To review history of OD, Backdated Attendance, Time Modification select the name from the dropdown on top left and input the From Date and To Date and click on Get Records. Similarly you can review the Tour and Work From Home records in the second table. Maximum period you can query for is 92 days
  2. To withdraw these requests: Click on command “Withdraw” button, status of the request will change to "Withdrawal Requested"
  3. If the request has multiple approvers then the withdrawal request will also go through all the approvals
  4. If an approver has multiple roles then only one approval will be needed for all roles with the approver
  5. Once the Withdrawal Request is approved the status of request should change to "Request Withdrawn"

Withdrawal History Tab
On the Withdrawal History tab you will see the details of withdrawal requests.

Withdrawal Constraints
OD / Backdated Attendance / Time Modification withdrawal is not allowed if -
1. Request has been already rejected or has already withdrawn or another withdrawal request exists
2. The person submitting the withdrawal request is not the Initiator

Work From Home withdrawal is not allowed if -
1. Request has been already rejected or has already withdrawn or another withdrawal request exists
2. The person submitting the withdrawal request is not the Initiator
3. If the window for updating past requests has closed

Tour withdrawal is not allowed if -
1. Request has been already rejected or has already withdrawn or another withdrawal request exists
2. The person submitting the withdrawal request is not the Initiator
3. If the window for updating past requests has closed
4. If travel desk feature is Yes and in the request Accommodation or Ticket needed is Yes
