From this page Employees, Managers, HR Team can do the following activities -
1. Review the status of Attendance Updation, Outdoor Duty, Tour, Work From Home  requests
2. Withdraw a request which is in Submitted status
3. Submit a withdrawal request for an approved request

- To review records for an employee select employee's name from drop-down on top left and input the From Date and To Date and click on Get Records. 
- Maximum period you can query for is 92 days.
- To withdraw these requests - Click on “Withdraw” button, status of the request will change to "Withdrawal Requested"
- If the request has multiple approvers then the withdrawal request will also go through all the approvals
- Once the Withdrawal Request is approved the status of request should change to "Request Withdrawn"

Requests can be withdrawn only within the window which is allowed as per setup. If the request is not approved then withdrawal does not require any approval but if the requests has been approved than you will have to submit a withdrawal request. This withdrawal request will follow an approval process similar to the original request.

Withdrawal Constraints

OD / Attendance Updation request withdrawal is not allowed if -
1. Request has been already rejected or has already withdrawn or another withdrawal request exists
2. The person submitting the withdrawal request is not the Initiator

Work From Home request withdrawal is not allowed if -
1. Request has been already rejected or has already withdrawn or another withdrawal request exists
2. The person submitting the withdrawal request is not the Initiator
3. If the window for updating past requests has closed

Tour request withdrawal is not allowed if -
1. Request has been already rejected or has already withdrawn or another withdrawal request exists
2. The person submitting the withdrawal request is not the Initiator
3. If the window for updating past requests has closed
4. If travel desk feature is Yes and in the request Accommodation or Ticket needed is Yes
