Attendance updation setup

Menu Path: Setup > HR Setup > Attendance Setup > Attendance Updation tab
Accessible to: Application Administrator

On this tab the setup for Attendance Updation processes can be configured.

1. Request Initiators - the roles selected in the table shown below will be allowed to initiate an Attendance Updation request.


2. Approval Levels : You can define single or multiple levels of approvers for the approval of Attendance Updation requests. After 1st approval request will go to 2nd approver if 2nd approver is selected. If no approver is selected then the request will get auto-approved on submission.

3. Past entry period : as shown above if you input 30 as past entry period then initiators cannot submit a request more than 30 days old. This value can be max of 366 but if left empty then this constraint will not work.

These settings can be changed at any point of time but changes will not impact previously submitted requests and will impact only new requests.
