BGV Updation by Agency

Background Verification Agency persons can login to their portal to access the pending BGV requests. They will also be notified of a new request submission by email.



The deadline for the verification is an indication of the priority of the requirement by the company. Click on "Update" button to access the employee record.



Summary Tab - From this tab 
if you submit without updating Final Recommendations then the remarks will be visible to the company HR team
- if you update the Final Recommendation and submit then the record will be updated as Closed
- you can also update the BGV report using the Upload Document button

There are three options you can select when updating the Agency Recommendation
- Background Check OK: use this if the background check is clear
- Background Check Unverified: use this if the background check has not been completed, you can record the reasons in remarks or the uploaded report
- Background Check Failed: use this if the background check has been failed

Employee Profile - In this tab employee details which are available with the company can be viewed.
