Birthday Leave
Birthday Leave is an optional feature which can be activated from Leave Setup
by Administrator. The functionality covered under this feature is -
1. Birthday leave will be automatically given to the employee on his birthday
2. The notification and accrual of leave will happen 5 days (configurable) before the birthday
3. When accrual of this leave is being done (for example 5 days prior to birthday), if another leave is already submitted or approved on the birthday day then this leave will not accrue
4. If leave is being applied for a period which is overlapping with a birthday then system will not allow submission of this leave as shown below.

5. If birthday falls on weekly off or compulsory holiday then birthday leave will not accrue
This feature can be deactivated at any point of time.
