I cannot access my mobile and I have enable multi factor authentication. How do I proceed?

I cannot access my mobile and I have enable multi factor authentication. How do I proceed?

If you cannot access your phone and you have activated multi factor authentication then you can submit a request to your Administrator for deactivation of MFA in your account. Steps to be followed are -

1. Complete your login. On the popup where you are asked for the authenticator OTP

2. Click on "Cannot access Authenticator App?" which is on the bottom of the popup

3. Enter remarks justifying your request for deactivation

4. A deactivation request will be sent to your Administrator. You will get a confirmation email when your request is approved. If your request is rejected then also you will get an email with the appropriate remarks.
