Capturing on the job feedback of employees


As a manager you can capture feedback for your reportees from this section. The option to allow upline managers to give feedback to their indirect reportees is also available, if enabled in setup.

Menu Path : Manage Team > My Team tab
Accessible to : Managers / Upline Managers

You can use the button "Feedback" visible on the last column to record the feedback.


In the popup you can record the feedback.


Steps to be followed

  1. Give the feedback - enter Subject and Remark
  2. Enter the score, it can be in a range of -5 to +5
  3. You can upload document
  4. Select if you want this feedback to be visible to the employee
  5. Select if you want to send an email to HR Manager. The feedback will always be visible to HR but if this checkbox is selected an email will also go on submission


Once feedback submit on with draft status you see drop down action button view which is with Feedback button. On click view you can see screen which appear above.

Accessible to : HR Manager

HR managers can update employee feedback from this page. The process is same as depicted above. Feedback given by Manager and HR Manager is always visible to each other but employee can view the feedback only if it has been shared with him.

Reviewing feedback during performance cycle

The Performance Manager, Assessor and Reviewer can see all the feedback received by the employee during the period corresponding to the performance cycle. This can be accessed by clicking on "View Feedback" button right on the top right of the screen.


Note - Details of feedback received by all the employees can be seen in reports - Reports > Employee Reports > Employee Feedback.
