Creating Events

Menu Path: HR Manager > Communications > Events tab
Accessible to: CHR / HR Manager / HR Executive as per Setup

Using this feature HR Managers can create events which will be visible to employees on Events widget on dashboard.


Click on "Create Event" button to create a new event.


- Only Event and Date are compulsory fields
- You can specify the set of employees to whom this event will be visible on dashboard an alert will be sent to them when you click on Release
- A released event can be editing an modified as long as it's status is "In Process". If time is updated then can be modified / deleted only if the time has not gone in past, if time is not updated then it can be modified / deleted throughout the day
- You can view the list of employees to which the event notification has gone by clicking on "View Employee List"

Note : On this page the events created by a person having HR Manager / HR Executive / CHR role will be visible only to him.
