Creating new letters

Menu Path: Setup> Common Setup > General Setup> System Documents tab
Accessible to : Application Administrator

Application Administrators can create new letter formats which can be generated and issued by HR Manager to employees.

Steps to be followed for creating a custom letter


1. As shown in the image above enter the document title and click on "Save" on the row. A new row will be created with pink color. Pink color implies that the template is not updated and you cannot use this letter as of now


2. Click on "Create Template" button the row

3. Create the template using the text editor and the variables available. Refer to the article on Managing system documents for more details.
