Customer location creation

You can create customer locations if you have the Field role.To create a customer location please follow the steps given below. Please note customer locations are used for managing customer visits and should not be confused with office or work location where employees work out from.

New customer can only be created by Application Administrator.

Customer location creation on Mobile
1. Click on the + icon on the top right of your screen


2. You will be asked to select the activity you want to do. Select "Customer Location"

3. Fill up the Customer Location form as shown below.


On submission it might go approval to your manager (as per the workflow defined in setup).

4. You can create visits against this location but it will be visible to other employees only after approval by your manager.

Customer location creation on Browser

Menu : HRMS > Customer Locations
Accessible to : All employees who have Field role


1. Click on "Add Customer Location" button. Give the location permission to your browser if not given.

2. Select the name of customer from drop-down and move the map to the desired location and click on the map to drop a pin. Click on "Next". Be careful to place the pin on the exact location on the map.


3. Fill up location name, upload photo if you want and update address line 1 and line 2.


4. On "Submit" the location will go for approval to the manager.
