Documents in EazeWork HRMS

As an HRMS and Payroll software EazeWork HRMS generates many types of documents, broadly these can be divided into the following categories -

1. System letters - These are letters which are generated through a process. For example Offer letters, Appointment letters, Increment letters, Promotion letters, etc. These are associated with employee life cycle events during his employment in the company. The content of most of the letters is customizable but some letters cannot be customized

2. System output documents - These are documents generated in PDF or other format. Payroll documents, for example - Salary Slips, Nomination Form, 24Q. HR Documents -  Performance Sheet, Expense Claim Voucher

3. Custom letters - this category of letters can be designed in setup by Administrator and can be generated for an employee by HR Manager.

4. Reports - All reports can be exported in excel and some are also designed to be exported in PDF formats.

EazeWork provides the option of customizing some of the letters, for more details refer to the article on Managing system documents.

System Letters which can be customized by Application Administrator are -
1. Appointment letter
2. Transfer letters for Department, Division, Manager, Functional Manager, Office Location and Work Location
3. Designation Change letter
4. Provisional and Final Full and Final letters
5. Increment and Decrement letters
6. Intercompany Transfer Letter - this is visible only when multiple company feature is activated
7. Probation Confirmation and Probation Extension letter
8. Promotion letter
9. Relieving Letter for all four types of separation
10. Salary Certificate
11. Salary Correction letter
12. Offer letter

System generated formats / letters which cannot be customized and have a predefined format are -
1. Address Proof Letter
2. Later Coming Warning letter
3. Salary Slip : multiple pre designed formats are available
