Production Server Updation Date - 21 Dec 2023

1. HRIS module
  1. A simpler Intercompany transfer process has been designed, this would allow to transfer employees across companies without processing a separation. Refer article on Managing Intercompany Transfer and Managing Intercompany Transfer in Payroll for more details
2. Field Force Management module
  1. We are excited to launch a new module for managing the field visits by your sales / service / operations team. Refer article on Field Force Management overview for more details. This module is right now available in beta phase.
3. Expense module
  1. A new system defined claim type - Company Expenses has been created. The workflow for this claim type can be configured for approval across companies unlike all other workflows which are based on the employee based mapping. For example if you have three companies and have mapped Accountant role by company, when a claim is submitted by an employee of Company A but in the Company drop-down he selects Company B the claim will go for approval to Accountant mapped to Company B.
4. India payroll
  1. On tax saving declaration and submission form the following text has been added - "I do hereby confirm that the above details are true and correct. I will be personally liable to pay Income Tax and penalties for any incorrect and false information furnished by me."
5. Overall
  1. Important changes to the software will be visible to users under "New Releases" section. The information visible to them will be based on the role and set of modules activated.
