Editing a Performance Plan
Menu Path : Performance > Manage Cycles > Manage Performance Cycles tab
Accessibility to : Performance Manager
If you want to make some modifications in the plan mapped to an existing cycle, click on "Edit Plan" button as shown below.
A pop up will open up which will allow you change the plan parameters but what can be changed will depend upon the stage / status of the process in the performance cycle.
Whatever changes you make to the plan will be implemented for the overall cycle
and will impact all the performance sheets including those which have been worked
upon. Some changes are not allowed to be made after a certain stage is reached.
Change in Assessment to be done by or Review to be done by parameter will impact only employee which are getting added to the cycle after the change is made, it will not impact the already mapped employees.
