If Statutory Bonus has been paid to Employees then compliance forms "C" & "D" can be generated from this page.

Form C


Select the financial year and select the form type.

Form C is a summary of Employee and payment of Bonus basis. Employees whose wages are less than or equal to 21000 are eligible for bonus payment and these employee will come in Form C.  Resigned employees where reason for separation are "Fraud / Theft / Violent Behavior"  will not be part of this Form.

Form D


Form D is consolidate form. Total of number of employee and Bonus payment which will come in this form.
