This article gives and overview of EazeWork HRMS mobile app.
1. Home page and Navigation
The home page on the mobile app shows the key information and provides access
to frequently used tasks through a set of cards.
The
menu provides access to the four main application areas.
- Home
- HRMS
- Work Area
- Team
and also access to
- Preferences
- Logout
- Light / Dark mode button

B. Request
On
tap of the + icon you will see the request popup from where you can submit any
of the available requests.

C. Help Center
Help Center provides detailed articles on various features available on the mobile
app with step by step guidance. Tap on the ? icon to open the context specific
help page.
D. Cards
There are multiple cards visible on the dashboard. Some cards can be tapped to access more details.
E. Bottom navigation
Bottom navigation bar can be used to access the four main sections of the application -
- Home
- HRMS
- Work Area
- Team
2. HRMS
In the HRMS section all the features which are accessible to the employee are available. You can just tap on the card to access the feature.
3. Work Area
In the Work Area section there are three tabs, Activities, Approvals and Requests.
A. Approvals
All the pending approvals are visible on this tab.
B. Activities
Pending activities which need to be completed are shown on this tab.
C. Requests
Records of requests which are not included in any section in the HRMS tab are shown on this tab.
4. Team
Team section is visible only to Managers and certain other higher roles like Department Head, CEO. This section is used to review details of team members in the reporting chain. The location tab is visible only if location tracking feature is enabled.
5. Other Features
A. Hiding and Recalling records
Once a request has been approved / closed the record can be hidden by swiping left on the card. To recall a hidden record tap on "Recall Records" button on the top of the page.
B. Filtering records
To filter and see a set of records on a page follow the steps outlined below -
1. Tap on the
icon to open the filter page
2. On this page you can select the attributes you would like to filter the page on and then select the value of attributes
C. Accessing Reports
Reports can be accessed from two pages -
1. HRMS > Reports : from this page you can view and access some important reports from HRIS and Leave modules.
2. HRMS > Payroll > Downloads : from this page you can view and download Payroll reports and documents
