How do I find out if my tax deduction is based on old regime or new regime?

1. Go to Quick Access Menu and click on Payroll Declarations link as shown below


2. You will be navigated to the Payroll Declaration page. On this page you will see the type of regime you are falling under on top of the page, as shown below. This is based on the declaration you would have made to your Payroll Manager.


If it says "Declarations - New Regime" then rules of new regime are applicable to you.

Please get in touch with your Payroll Manager if you want to get this changed.
