Setting up Communications
Menu : Setup > HR Setup > HRIS > Communications tab
Accessible to : Application AdministratorAccess Rights
From
this tab you can manage the access rights and setup of Announcements, Policies,
Important Website links, Events calendar and Nomination / Declaration updation.

The rights to maintain Policy documents / Important Website links and Events
can be given to CHR, HR Manager or HR Executive. These rights if given will be
given for all employees. CHR and HR Executive options will be visible only if
these roles are activated. Please note, if there are multiple HR Managers or
HR Executives and you enable their roles for any of the above activities then
each HR Manager / HR Executive can manage the activities for all the companies
and all the employees. There is no domain mapping constraint when it comes to
updation of policy documents.
Folders

You can create different folders which can then be used to store policy documents
which are then made visible to employees on Company Policy widget on Dashboard.
