License Costs

Accessible to : Application Administrator

Rates for the licenses you have subscribed to are visible on this tab.


Modules which are subscribed to are highlighted in pink color.

The license cost used for billing is based on only two parameters
1. Modules which are in use
2. Slab based on total number of licenses
Even if some modules are not used by some employees / users the license rates are applicable for all employees / users.

In case there are multiple companies configured the modules are activated at the group level and not at company level and billing is done for the group together.
