Manager's, Departmental, Divisional clearance
If selected in setup then Manager, Department Head, Division Head can also be
included in the process of providing clearance approvals which are to be updated
before a separation can be closed. While providing the approval you might also
be required to provide inputs on a checklist of activities.Steps to be followed -
1.
On the Separation Processing tab use the filter to select the role for which
you want process the records. If you have only one role the filter will be auto
selected
2. All the in-process records will be visible in the table as shown below

3. If a request has been approved and clearance approval is pending with you
then you would see the status as "Submitted". To process the record click on
"Approve", the form will open up as shown below.

4. You can capture your comments and also fill up the checklist. After providing
your inputs click on "Submit" to approve the Clearance request. When you submit
the record an alert will go to the HR manger.
Note - the comments captured during this approval are visible to the employee,
the checklist is not visible to the employee.
After the HR Manager has closed the separation request you can hide the record
by using “Hide” button on the row or by clicking on "Hide All Closed & Withdrawn
Requests" at the bottom of the table.
