On this tab details of company are updated. The details of company which are used for generating invoice from EazeWork are picked up from a different page, refer to the article on Billing details management for more details.
Single Company
If
single company is in use then you will be able to update the company records
as shown below.
Multiple Companies
If
multiple companies are in use then you can use the options as per the image given
below. In case of multiple company setup the locations have to be mapped to the
company - refer article for more details.
- Use "Add New Company" button to create a new company
- Use "Edit" action button to edit details of an company
- Company can be deleted using "Delete" action button only if no employee is
mapped to it
- If there are no active employees mapped then you can deactivate and hide a
company from the main application using the "Deactivate" button
Adding / Editing an Company
- Company code is used for generation of documents like payment advices
- Selection of country is important and should be done carefully as Payroll gets
linked to this selection
- Display of amount : wherever amount is displayed in words the appropriate format
is selected based on this option
- Logo of each company can be uploaded, these logos are used in documents / browser
/ mobile app pages
