As a Training Manager you have to manage the enrollment process and has to ensure that the training capacity is optimally used. Refer to the article on Training process overview for more details. Enrollments can be managed only for training which are in Released status.
To update enrollments of a released training click on "Edit" button as shown above. You will be navigated to a training page.
Confirmed list – this
is the list of employees whose participation in training have been confirmed,
as a Training Manager you can change their status from Confirmed to
- Absent : using Absent button, this implies that the participant was scheduled
to attend but did not attend
- Cancelled : using Cancel button, this implies that the employee is not able
to attend and the name is removed from Confirmed table
Absent list - this is the list of employees which have been updated as Absent by the Training Manager, an Absent employee can be made Present again provided there is capacity available in the training or can be moved to Cancelled status.
Wait listed - wait-listed and awaiting confirmation employees will be listed in this table. If there are seats available then the Training Manager can manually assign it to any wait-listed employee by using "Confirm" button.
Nominated list – names of employee awaiting confirmation by Training Manager will come in this table. Use "Confirm" action button to confirm nominated employees. You can use Cancel button to cancel the nomination.
Eligible List - this shows the list of all the employees who are eligible to attend this training
Cancelled list – nominations can be cancelled by Training manager or by the Manager. Wait-listed employees are automatically updated as Cancelled status at the end of training.
Both Rejected and Eligible employees can be directly confirmed by the Training
Manager using the "Confirm" action button between the Start and End dates
of the training.
