Managing my trainings

Quick Access : Trainings > My Trainings
Accessible to : Employee

On this tab you can do the following activities -

1. Review your training records


On the Training Records table you will see the status of all the trainings, these status are -
- Eligible : you are eligible for a training which has been planned
- Nominated : you have been nominated but not yet confirmed
- Confirmed : your registration is confirmed
- Wait-listed : you are wait-listed for the training
- Withdrew : you or the nominating authority have withdrawn your nomination (this can be only done before the confirmation after confirmation it can only be rejected by Training Manager)
- Rejected : your nomination has been rejected by the Training Manager
- Attended : you attended the training. This status will be given in following scenarios -
     - By the system automatically when Training is closed by Training Manager
     - When training end date has gone in past then employees who are on Confirmed status are updated as Attended
- Absent : this status is given by the Training Manager to employees who are fully or partially absent from the training after confirmed registration
- Feedback Pending : this status comes if feedback has been requested but has not been provided
- Feedback Provided : this status will come after you have provided the feedback
- Expired : you were eligible for this training but you were not nominated for it, the training has been conducted and closed

These are activities which can be done based on the status of the training
-
Use "View" action button to view details of old training for which you were eligible, withdrew, rejected or attended or future training for which you are eligible, nominated, rejected, withdrew
- Use "Register" action button to register for a training for which you are eligible and you have the option register (in some cases this option might be with your manager), this can only be done till the start date of the training
- Use "Withdraw" action button to withdraw from a training but only if your nomination has not been confirmed, if it is confirmed you will have to request the Training Manager for withdrawal and this is outside the system
- Use "Feedback" button to provide feedback for a closed training
- Use "Close" button to close completed trainings

Note : If you have been registered by your Manager then you cannot withdraw from a training, the withdrawal will have to be done by your Manager.

2. Review your training plan

Training plan is created by your Manager (or Training Manager) and is visible to the Training manager also, this helps him in planning the training calendar.


The status will remain as pending as long as training has not been completed by you and will change to completed when you attend this training. If you attend any additional trainings which were not a part of your plan they will not come in this table. 

3. Request a new training

 Refer article for more details. Status for the requests are
- Requested: you have requested for the training
- Approved: your training request is approved, on approval the training record is automatically added to the training plan
