Managing resigned employee details

Menu Path : HR Manager > Employee Management > Resigned Employees tab
Accessible to : HR Manager, HR Executive

In this tab, records of employees who have resigned (or separated through other options) are visible.


The following actions can be done on this tab
- double click on the row or click on the "Update" button to open the profile page of the resigned employee
- hide the record using the "Hide" button, hidden records can be recalled using "Recall Record" option
- use the "Generate Documents" button to issue documents / letters, refer article for more details
- if you want to withdraw any in process request use the "Withdraw Requests" button on top of the table


Search for the employee for whom you want to withdraw requests, system will show Attendance Updation, Leave, Outdoor Duty, Tour, Work From Home requests. These withdrawal requests will not go for any approval and in the remarks it will show "Withdrawn by HR Manager" or "Withdrawn by HR Executive".

Detailed data of resigned employees can be accessed through Separated Employees report.
