Map and Shortlist

Quick Access : Recruitment > Map & Shortlist
Accessible to : Recruiter and Recruitment Manager


Using the Map and Shortlist feature you can search the candidate database for profiles which match the requirements specified in a job opening.

Steps to be followed are -
1. Select the job opening and select the database from where you want to map and shortlist profiles.


2. The parameters updated in the job opening will be shown, you can modify the parameters to expand or reduce the scope of search


3. Click on the "Search Database" button to bring up the results. Results will be visible on the bottom of the page.


You can then select the profiles you want to shortlist and click on "Shortlist Selected" button. These profiles will be mapped to the job opening and will be visible on the dashboard. No communication will go to the candidates at this stage.
