Marking attendance through mobile app

If enabled in your profile you can mark attendance through your mobile app. To mark attendance follow the steps listed below. Refer to the article on Attendance Overview for more information on attendance module.

1. On the app home page click on the "Time In" button as shown below


2. You would be navigated to a map showing your current location - the app might ask for permissions to allow location data. If Geo fencing is enforced then your office will be shown in a circle and you will be able to mark attendance only when you are within the displayed circle.


Tap on "In Time" button to mark your attendance. If you are are not at your location you will get the message shown below.


If you are at your location and still getting this message then get in touch with your HR, your location mapping needs to be updated.

3. Selfie capture - if selfie capture is enabled then your selfie will also be captured along with your location.


4. Repeat the same process at the end of day to mark your end of day out time.
