Accessible to : All Employees
You can view and update your profile details on this page, access of various
sections is controlled as per your company's policy and the changes you make
might go for an approval to the HR Manager. This can be done on the mobile application also. Refer article on Managing HRIS details for more information.
Tabs and sections available in this page are -
1. Profile tab
In
this tab your complete profile details are visible. There are a total of twelve
sections on this page, some of them might not be visible to you if they have
not been activated for your company.
HeaderIf your photograph is not uploaded, you can upload it by clicking on the photo icon in the header as shown above, you would be able to upload a photo from your hard disk.
You can also upload click your selfie and upload from your mobile phone -
refer article for more details.
1.1 Personal Details
In Personal Details section the key personal details are captured. If you have
updated a field which is pending for approval then it is shown in red color like
National ID is shown above. To edit these fields click on the Edit icon on the
top right of the section as shown above.
The status of your mailbox is shown in brackets next to your email ID. Refer
article on Managing account preferences for detailed explanation of mailbox statuses.
Status of email and and mobile is also shown in brackets. Refer to the article
on Mobile number updation and Managing Account preferences for more details on how to update these fields. Gender / Date of Birth if entered
wrongly can be updated only by HR Manager.
1.2 Official Details
Details in this section can be updated only by HR team.
1.3 Addresses
You can update your current and permanent address in this section.
1.4 Bank Accounts
You can maintain your account details in this section. Salary account is linked
payroll and Expense account is linked to HR Expense or Payroll Reimbursement
processes.
1.5 Statutory Details
Fields in this section will be based upon the statutory numbers and details needed
for payroll for your country. If Aadhaar number is updated it will be masked
and will be only visible to the employee on this page, while editing. If India
payroll is activated the it would also be visible to Payroll Manager for the
purpose of UAN and ESI Number creation. Once UAN / ESI Number is verified it
will not be visible to Payroll Manager also.
If edit permission is given you will be able to edit some of the fields as shown
below -
1.6 Additional Details
Additional fields are visible in this section. Marriage Anniversary field is
only visible if Marital Status is selected as Married.
1.7 Health Record
If you select Disability as Yes then a separate section for disability details becomes visible which can be filled up with disability details.

1.10 Family Details
You
can add details of family members and also declare if they are dependent upon
you. Relations like Father / Mother / Husband / Wife / Father in law / Mother
in law can only be unique.
1.11 Education Qualifications
You can update your educational details in this section. Against each row you
can upload the degrees / certificates by clicking on the button in Doc Upload
column.
1.12 Skill Details
You can update you skill details against the skill categories defined in your
company. Refer to the article

1.14 Professional Certifications
In this section employees can provide details of professional certificates they have received. Additional fields like Validity Date, URL, From / To Period can be added from setup if needed.
1.15 Reference Documents
You
can update details of key documents which are needed by the company, multiple
attachments can be uploaded against each document.
System will send an alert 15 days before the expiry of the validity of the document.
Who all will get the alert can be configured in setup, by default it goes to
the employee and HR Manager mapped to employee. This alert can also be disabled
- alert is listed as "Expiry Reminder".
1.16 Other Documents
You can see here the system defined documents. There will be two action buttons Upload / Download. On Upload any document, it will go for approval. You can also keep record of other documents which you would like to share with
the company HR by uploading them in Other Documents section.
2. Probation
This
tab is visible only to employees who are on probation and here they can update
their achievements during the probation period For more details refer to articles
in Probation Overview. 3. Feedback
Any
feedback given by your Manager or HR Manager is visible in this tab. Refer article
on Review of feedback for more details. 4. Other Tabs
4.2 Training
Training details, training plan and option to request
a new training is available in this tab. For more details refer to articles in
Training section .

Surveys released for employees are visible here. Refer article on
Responding to surveys for more details.
