Offer acceptance by candidate

If offer acceptance by candidate feature is enabled and Recruiter emails the offer letter to candidate then an email alert will go to candidate email id for accept or reject the offer letter. Email format is shown below.


Candidate can accept or reject his offer on email using "Accept" or "Do Not Accept" button given on the email.

Offer Acceptance

On acceptance by the candidate, Offer acceptance page is opened in which he can change his agreed date of joining and click "Yes, I Accept The Offer" button for acceptance. . If he does not want to accept the offer he can select "Sorry, I Reject The Offer" button.


If the option to upload the scanned copy of offer letter as acceptance is enabled then he cannot proceed without uploading a document using the "Upload" button.

Offer Rejection

If the candidate clicks on the "Do not accept" button he will be asked for the reason for offer rejection.


The option of accepting or rejecting offer is available only once with the candidate. If candidate has rejected the offer from this email then no one can change the status to accepted in the system.
