Organization structure
Accessible to: All Employees
When the page loads initially you can see only the organization which is mapped to you directly, it includes - your direct reportees, reportee's reportees (all the way till the end of chain), your manager, your peers (employees reporting to your manager), your upline managers (all the way till the end of the chain).
If access to company wide organization structure is given then on clicking "View All" button you would be able to see the complete organization structure. If this feature is disabled then this page will not be visible to you.
Double click on the employee box to open up the employee profile.
Searching within Organization Structure
You
can search for any text within the org structure. If you want an exact search
you should enter the text in "xxx". Click on the search icon.
All the records meeting the search text will be displayed and you can go through the records one by one using the v ^ buttons on the search bar. L1, L2 as shown in the image below denote on the the nodes to which these employees are getting mapped.
Click on "View All" to go back to the default view.
Displaying Organization Structure for Multiple Companies
If
there are multiple companies the employees are shown in different colors and
the legend is visible at the bottom of the page.
