Payroll Module Overview

Welcome to EazeWork’s Payroll module. This module is designed to help manage all the payroll related activities of a company. Using this module the following processes for any organization can be managed
  1. All records of employees related to payroll with history can be maintained
  2. Generating monthly salary slips for employees, these could be full time employees, part-time employees, Retainers (only for India)
  3. Ensure that all taxes and other statutory deductions which are to be made are calculated accurately
  4. Give flexibility of changing the salary structure or to provide for salary increases and pay arrears
  5. Manage individual tax calculations and generate documents / challans needed for filing with the Government agencies
  6. Salary advances / loans can be given and recovery done based on monthly installments
  7. Employees can define their own salary structure using the Flexi-pay option
  8. Payroll reimbursements, non cash benefits can be modeled and paid (only for India)
  9. Overtime and adhoc payments or deductions can be done
  10. Loss of pay can be calculated automatically and integrated with leave data from the leave module

The software has the capability to manage payroll for the following countries

  1. Asia – India, Myanmar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates
  2. ​African countries – Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Chad, Congo Brazzaville, Democratic Republic of Congo, Gabon, Ghana, Kenya, Madagascar, Malawi, Niger, Nigeria, Rwanda, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia
