Performance Dashboard

Accessible to : Performance Manager

Performance dashboard is designed to provide the Performance Manager a snapshot of the progress in a performance cycle.


As shown above you can select the desired performance cycle and can see the status across different stages. Additional actions which you can do are -
  1. Click on the number highlighted in the image to open a popup where you can see second level details of the stage as shown below


  1. You can also download the data of number of employees in each stage using the "Download Excel" button. A sample excel is available in attachment.

Percentage completion in the excel is calculated as = (Total number of employees in the Approved category of each stage) / (Total number of employees in the Department)

Note : Only active cycles will be visible on this page. A cycle which is hidden from Manage Cycles page is flagged as inactive and hidden from view.
