Performance dashboard is designed to provide the Performance Manager a snapshot of the progress in a performance cycle.
As shown above you can select the desired performance cycle and can see the status
across different stages. Additional actions which you can do are -
- Click on the number highlighted in the image to open a popup where you can see second level details of the stage as shown below
- You can also download the data of number of employees in each stage using the "Download Excel" button. A sample excel is available in attachment.
Percentage completion in the excel is calculated as = (Total number of employees in the Approved category of each stage) / (Total number of employees in the Department)
Note : Only active cycles will be visible on this page. A cycle which is hidden
from Manage Cycles page is flagged as inactive and hidden from view.
