EazeHR allows the managers to take decisions on an employee at any point of time in probation period i.e, the managers are not restricted to provide/take action only once the probation period ends, they can take the decisions if necessary at any point of time during their reportee's probation. Except when the process requires inputs from the employee compulsorily, in which case the Approver(s) can only provide their inputs after the employee has given their inputs.

Click on Edit button to access the pending employee record. You can view or hide the record of the employee whose probation process has been completed. To recall hidden records click on "Recall Records". If as per the process employee's self assessment is compulsory then you would not be able to fill up the feedback till employee has provided the inputs.

There are three options available to the Manager if the record is pending with them. Click on "Edit" button to access the probation confirmation form.
There can be multiple assessors in the probation process and they will need to capture their feedback and ratings separately. If both the assessor roles are with one person then the inputs will be taken only once and will be used for both the assessors.
When the final assessor confirms the employee the system automatically generates the Probation Confirmation letter and emails it to the employee.
Confirmation date can be any date after date of joining. If the confirmation
is being done after an extension then the confirmation date cannot be before
the end of probation extension period.
