Receiving profiles through direct email

One of the key source of resumes are job portals. EazeWork HRMS allows you to receive resumes sent by these job portals or from candidates on your official email directly in the Recruitment module. To configure the system for this the following steps need to be followed.

1. Register the email which you use to receive these emails from the job portals in Setup > HR Setup > Recruitment > Candidate tab
2. On Recruitment > Candidates page there is a table "Received from Direct Email" where you can view the profiles which come to the registered email. The Email ID and Source are prefilled and any attachments send in the email are available as attachments

You can do any of the following actions on the profile

1. Double click or use the Edit button to open the profile in a new page, here you can review the profile and decide if you want to process it further
2. Add to Database - if the profile is good but there is no immediate opening for which it is suitable then use this option
3. Shortlist - on using this option you will have to identify the job opening against which you want to shortlist the profile
4. Reject - if the profile is not good and cannot be used for any future openings then you should reject it, on this action it will be removed from the table and cannot be seen

Before you can shortlist or add to database you will have to fill up the compulsory fields as specified in setup for candidate record creation.
