Referring profiles against open jobs

Quick Access : Others > Refer Candidates
Menu Path : Work Area > Activities > Job Opening - Referral Submission tab

Accessible to: Employees

Employees can click on the alert on dashboard or use the Pending Task window to access the referral page directly. Once a referral is submitted against an opening it is removed from the pending task window.


All jobs which are open for submitting referrals are visible on the referral submissions tab.


You can review the details of the job opening by clicking on the hyperlink on the Job ID or Job Title. To submit a referral click on "Submit" button. You will be navigated to a new page where you can fill up the details and upload the resume of the profile you are referring.


The fields shown here are illustrative, you might see different fields based on your company's setup. You will not be able to submit a duplicate profile. Duplicates are checked based on Email, Mobile, Passport number, National ID and PAN Number.


The following alerts / updates are received after submitting the referral
- If the candidate is accepted by the Recruiter an alert is received informing the Referral ID
- When the referred candidate joins the company and his record is updated as joined then you will get an alert
