Rent updation

Accessible to : Payroll Manager

Employee's rent declarations can be updated and their rent details can be reviewed and approved from this page.

Tab 1 - Rent Approval

Changes in rent or changes in landlord details can be approved from this tab.


Steps to be follow:

  1. Map City Type by selecting drop down
  2. Click on "Approve" button to approve one record
  3. Select employee by click on box and click on "Approve" button which is above to approve records in bulk

Tab 2 - House Rent Declarations

From this tab the following can be done
a) House Rent Declaration for multiple employees can be updated in bulk
b) Rent details can be viewed


Select employees by clicking on check box for whom you want to upload house rent in bulk. After selection of employees click on "Download Rent Details". Complete the data in downloaded excel then click on "Upload" to upload excel File.


After uploading the excel file you can see message as given above. Click on "Download Approved Data" if you want to review the approved data ready for upload and click on "Download Rejected Data" to see rejected data. You can correct the errors for rejected data and upload again same file. Click on "Submit" to save  the records into system.

Click on "View" against the employee record to see the updated details.


If you want to edit something then click on "Update" button on the bottom of the form, you will be navigated to employee declaration page from where you can update the rent details.

If payroll in process then employee rent upload is not allowed.
