Report - Aggregate Salary Register

In this report you can get month wise salary register for active and resigned employees in a single file. You can download the register separately for Regular employees and Retainers. The register contains all the payroll and full and final completed for a particular month.
If there are multiple companies for which payroll is being processed then data
for all the companies can be downloaded in one excel file. The format of salary register for individual companies can be configured in Payroll setup. When register for all companies is downloaded in one file then the default format will be used.
The following fields are shown as per their value in the system as on the day of Payroll or Full and Final confirmation - Office Location / Office Location State / Salary Account Details / Department / Sub Department / Division / Sub Division / Employee Type / Employment Status / Level / Work Location / Work Location State.
Click on "Download Excel" to get output in excel format.
