Report - Deductions and Encashment Status

Menu: Reports > Payroll Reports > Summary Reports

Deductions and Encashment table in setup is used to determine which heads will be used for various calculations like LWP, EPF, ESI. Refer to the article on "Deductions and Encashments Grid" for more details.


Select the payroll type and employee to generate report. This is payroll month wise report. 

Click on "Export to Excel" to get output in excel. Sample excel is attached for reference.
