Report - Employee Utilization
Menu : EazeHR > Reports > Project
This report can be downloaded for four levels - Company / Project / Employee and Manager.
Utilization is not defined as the number of hours booked against the number of hours available but it is defined with respect to the categories and sub categories mapped by the Resource Manager. For example as shown in the image above the total number of employees are 39 and out of which each category has a certain number mapped. Billable category has 3 out of 39 which translates to 7.69% utilization of this category.
Maximum date range for generating this report is one year. Sample reports are
