This report gives details of changes of HRIS details, the report can be generated by a date range for a HRIS record. Sometimes the changes are requested by the employee and sometimes they are made by the HR team, the records are shown in two different tables depending upon how the request has been processed. The From Date / To Date is linked to the Updated On field.
If the change is in a table like Address or Education Qualifications then in the Old Value column all the old fields are shown and in New Value column the revised fields are shown, the fields are separated by a "|".
