This report gives details of changes of HRIS details, the report can be generated by a date range for for a HRIS record. Sometimes the changes are requested by the employee and sometimes they are made by the HR team, the records are shown in two different tables depending upon how the request has been processed.
If the change is in a table like Address or Education Qualifications then in the Old Value column all the old fields are shown and in New Value column the revised fields are shown, the fields are separated by a "|".
Important Points -
1. Last Working Day changes are created whenever last working day is changed
in the separation form, as soon as the separation request is withdrawn the history
of last working day changes made under this request is removed
2. In the table "Changes Through Requests" the changes in HR Info data done to
HR Info change requests, Separation requests, Transfer requests is captured
3. In the table "Directly on Profile Page" the changes in data done directly
on My Profile page by HR Team members / Manager is captured.
