Report - Leave Eligibility Periods

Menu : EazeHR > Reports > Leave

Employees get mapped to a leave based on eligibility conditions and if any parameter in the eligibility condition changes for employee he/she will not longer be eligible for the leave. This report shows details of periods during which an employee is eligible for a leave and period when he is no longer eligible for a leave.


Start Date - Date from which employee is eligible for the leave
End Date - Date upto which employee was eligible for the leave
Entry Date - Date on which the employee became eligible for the leave
Exit Date - Date on which the employee is no longer eligible for the leave

Example -
Suppose a leave has the condition Department = Sales
Employee is mapped to Sales Department on 15/June but the effective date of mapping is 1/June.
In this case
Start Date = 1/June
Entry Date = 15/June
