Report - Loan Summary and Detail

This report provides all details of loans / salary advances taken by employees. There are two types of reports 
- Summary report
- Details report

There are two types of loans
- With perquisites
- Without perquisites (available only for India payroll)

You can generate the report for Active and Closed loans separately. You can generate this report for all the employees for all loans for three months or for a selected employee.

After making the selection click on "Generate Report".

The detailed report option shows the details of the loans with monthly recoveries.

If the loan is with perquisite then you can also download the detailed loan schedule in an excel format with all the calculations. The detailed report will also show the recovery method used, there are three methods -
1. Payroll
2. Paid by employee - this means that employee has paid outside payroll and the amount was updated by the Payroll Manager
3. Full and Final - this recovery is done in full and final.

Click on "Export to excel" to download output in excel format.
