Report - Negative Salary Transactions

Reports > Payroll > Salary Reports

If employees have had negative salary in some months then this report can be used to review the details.

Summary Data

 

In this option you will see the list of employees and the net negative salary which is due to be recovered.

Detailed Data

This option will give you month wise details of the negative salary which has been accrued and the amount of negative salary which has been recovered. In the example shown above 
- Nov 24 : there was a negative salary of 2415
- Dec 24 : there was a negative salary of 415
- Jan 25 : 2830 which is the total of previous two month's negative salary was recovered
