Details of rent declarations made by employees can be reviewed using this report. The declarations can be seen separately for Active / Resigned employees and by Financial years.

In the PAN number column if landlord's PAN will be visible if updated, if a declaration has been uploaded by employee then OtherValue will be come, this is as per the 24Q format.

If nothing has been declared / uploaded then it will show as blank and if the annual rent for a landlord is more than one lakh rupees then employee will not get the HRA exemption benefit.
