Report - Tour Details

Menu : Reports > Attendance

Report shows submitted / approved Tour requests.

This report can be generated for all requests together but can be generated for maximum period of one year at a time. The From Date / To Date is the to the Tour - Start Date and End Date.

You can use the Download button to download the supporting documents which have been uploaded in the request. This can be also used to download the ticket / hotel booking details uploaded by the Travel Desk.

Note : The parameter of Company will be visible only when it is a Multi Company.
