Report - Variance Reports

Reports > Payroll > Summary Reports

Through this report you can see the variance between two payroll runs. There are 4 levels of this report and each level  will show additional details

Level 1 - it is shows the number of employees falling in different categories of variance across two payroll months. The different categories are -
- Employee Resignation : employees have resigned
- New Joinee : new employees have joined
- Structure Change : salary structures have changed


Level 2 - It is compares the pay out across two months by category. The categories are as level 1 variance report.


Level 3 - In this report the data is shown by employees and compares the payout across two months.


Level 4- This is the most detailed option, this report gives the breakup of payout for an employee across categories.


Level 3 and Level 4 variance reports also shows the comparison of the number of days worked as shown below.

Click on "Export To Excel" to get data in excel.

      Reports > Payroll > Claims/Reimbursement Reports From this summary report you can get the status of claims and vouchers by employees. This report does not provide the breakup of vouchers. Click on "Export To Excel" to download output in excel format.
