Responding to WorkVerify Requests

Responding to WorkVerify Requests

The requests which are raised on the WorkVerify network which are for your ex employees will be visible on your WorkVerify > Respond page as shown below.


If you have automated the response process then you will only be able to see the response details but you will not need to manually review or clear it. Refer to the article on WorkVerify Settings for more details.

To review a pending request click on the View button.


You can fill up the details for the last three fields shown above and click on Approve to give your response. If for any reason you do not want to respond with the details you can click on Deny.
