Review, Screening, Interview of Candidate by Evalutors

Menu Path : Work Area > Activities > Pending Candidate Interviews tab
Accessible to : All Reviewers, Screeners and Interviewers

If you are a part of the interview panel you will be required to provide the feedback of candidate during Review, Screening or Interview stages. Steps to be followed to do so are -

1. You would receive and email alert and a dashboard alert when a review, screening or interview is scheduled. Else you can just check the Task window to see pending review, screening or interview. You can also click on the task / alert or navigate to the page using the menu path given above. You would see the pending review, screening or interview activity


2. To see details of the job opening you can click on the Job ID or Job Title text which is highlighted in blue

3. Click on the "Review / Screen / Interview" action button, you would be navigated to a new page where you can provide your feedback. If you want to see the details of job opening you can click on the hyperlink on the job title.


- If you want to view the candidate profile click on "View Candidate Profile" button
- If you want to check the job details click on "Job Opening Details" button
- If you want to provide a feedback to the Recruiter without closing the record or without finalizing the assessment click on "Capture Comments" and record your comments, these comments would be recorded on the form and cannot be deleted
- To provide Screening / Review or Interview feedback click on "Update xxx Details", the button will show the relevant stage
- To download the complete candidate evaluation sheet click on "Download PDF" button

You can also see the feedback given by previous assessors by opening the Screen / Interview 1 section as shown above.

4. On the assessment page provide the feedback as per the format


- If you do not find the candidate suitable for the opening and want to reject him/her click on "Reject" button. A rejected candidate will be removed from the opening and will not be taken up further
- If you find him suitable then click on "Approve"

You will be able to access the Candidate Assessment page only till you have not clicked on Approve or Reject. Once you complete the assessment you will not be able to make any changes.

If you are doing a subsequent stage of evaluation you can see the feedback / comments given by the previous evaluators as shown below.
