Reviewing Progress in Performance Improvement Plan
Menu : Performance > PIP
Accessible to : As per setupManagers, HR Managers and Performance Manager can review the status of PIP from
this page.
Managers are expected to do review of the progress reported by the employee against
the desired goals / expectations. To update Feedback steps to be followed are
-
1. Click on "Edit" button on the record to open the Performance Improvement Plan.
2. If an employee has submitted progress the status of the section would be Submitted
as shown below
You will need to update the Type of Review, Review Date and Manager's Feedback.
If there are more than one sections then this needs to be done for all sections.
Click on "Submit" after updating the form.
