Every employee is part of a team. Team in EazeWork HRMS is by default defined as - employee and his reportees. Team definition can be changed as per company's requirement in HRIS setup. If location tracking feature is activated you can see the location of your team members. Refer to the article on Tracking location of employees for more details.
You can view the details of your team (excluding your Manager) on this tab.
You can also provide feedback to your reportees. This communication is always visible to HR Manager. To give feedback click on "Feedback" button. To view feedback submitted for an employee click on "View" button.
You can see the day's status of your team members on this tab. This list would also include your manager if manager is enabled as a part of team in setup.
The color codes on attendance calendar are given on the page. If employee’s leave / work from home / attendance updation or tour request is pending for approval then it is shown as "Submitted Requests" on this page.
Assessors / Reviewers can review and provide their inputs on the PMS cycles conducted for the team members mapped to them on this tab, refer article on Role of Assessor or Reviewer for more details.
This tab shown above allows the Approvers / Managers to confirm the new joiners
under them. They can provide their feedback on the performance of their reportee
during that period to the HR for taking necessary action. Refer to the article
