Sending rejection letter to candidate
Recruiter can send rejection letters to candidates which have been rejected during
the evaluation process. The rejection can happen at any of the following stages
-
1. Shortlisting
2. Review
3. Screening
4. InterviewThere are two ways in which you can send rejections letters.
From Quick Access Menu
1. Click on "Send Regret Email" link on the quick access menu.
2. It will navigate to you in Rejected Candidate report from where you can send
regret email to the candidate using "Send Regret Email" button.
3. Click on "Send Regret Email" button. Once the email is sent the status will
be updated to show the date on which the regret email was sent.
From Recruitment Dashboard
1. Go to Recruitment > Dashboard, then go the Rejected Candidates tab and
click on the name of the candidate you want to send the rejection letter to.
2. You will be navigated to the candidate assessment page from where you can
send the regret email
Note -
a) for candidates who have been rejected during Shortlisting / Application stage
the regret letter can be sent only from the Quick Access menu
b) From the dashboard link you can resend a regret letter

Application Administrator.
