Separation withdrawal

Menu Path : HRMS > Separation
Accessible to : Approvers as per setup

Separation requests can be withdrawn under the following conditions -

1. Employee can submit a resignation withdrawal request, resignation is automatically withdrawn if the withdrawal request is approved – refer article
2.  Approver can withdraw the separation if the Full and final has not been updated as "Paid" in payroll module (this is applicable only if Payroll module is active)
3. In case the last working day has gone by but the Full and Final has not been done the Approver can withdraw the separation
4. If payroll is not integrated the separation can be withdrawn even after the Account Head’s approval provided that the HR Manager has not closed the record
5. When the Separation request is withdrawn the corresponding Full and Final request which gets created in Payroll module automatically gets withdrawn
6. You cannot withdraw the separation if the Full and Final has been paid (If Payroll module is active)
7. If the Last working day has gone in past then you cannot withdraw the separation without editing and changing the last working day for today or future
8. If HR Manager has closed the record then you cannot withdraw the separation

Note - changes in employee's last working day can be reviewed from HR Info Changes report.
